One thing I really enjoyed about this session was that all these photos were taken no further away than 300m from our place. Our living room floor or the brick wall on my street e.g. are things I pass probably multiple times daily. But yet I think it was very inspiring and gave me some new perspectives. At least I hadn’t spent that much time crawling on our living room floor before, although it is very pretty. Another thing I have been enjoying lately is working with models, which is somewhat new to me. I am so used to people in front of my camera not being used to being in front of a camera at all. And I have noticed I cannot suppress my pursuit of capturing emotions and the real person. To me personally, that’s the whole point of photography.
